Frequently Asked Questions
What are Mint Yak Cheese Standard Puffs?
They are mint-flavored puffed yak cheese treats for dogs, sold in a 1lb bulk bag.
What ingredients are used?
Yak milk, cow milk, lime juice, salt, and natural mint flavor. These treats contain milk, so check with your veterinarian before offering them to a dog with a dairy allergy or sensitivity.
How large is each puff?
Each piece averages approximately 3.5–5cm. Individual pieces may vary in size.
How many puffs come in a bag?
The bag is sold by weight, not by a fixed piece count. Each bag contains 1lb of treats.
Are these the same as solid yak cheese chew bars?
No. This product comes in a puffed format rather than a solid chew bar. Choose the format and piece size that suit your dog's chewing habits.
Will mint flavor freshen my dog's breath?
This product is described as mint-flavored, not as a dental treatment or a breath-freshening product. It does not replace your dog's regular dental care.
How should I offer and store these treats?
Offer as an occasional treat under supervision, with fresh water available. Choose pieces appropriate for your dog's size and chewing habits, and remove any piece that could be swallowed whole. Treats should not replace a complete, balanced diet. Follow the storage directions on the packaging and keep the bag closed between servings.
As a natural product, size, shape, color, and weight may vary within the stated range. Always supervise pets while chewing and provide access to fresh water. Remove the treat when it becomes small enough to swallow.
