JoJo Couture LLC, doing business as JoJo Modern Pets, American Pet Supplies, JMP Manufacturing and Imports, and its affiliates (“JoJo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this website and related services subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

By accessing this website, purchasing products online or offline, or acting as a partner, supplier, or distributor, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use this website or services.

1. Use of Website

By accessing this website, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

All materials on this website are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Governed by the Laws of Illinois without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  Venue will be set in the Northern District of Illinois or Dupage County.

SUPPLIER & PARTNER TERMS (FOOD & PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION)

The following terms apply to manufacturers, suppliers, partners, and distributors:

Receiving & Storage

  • Incoming products are subject to storage fees (minimum one pallet)

  • All certifications, packing lists, and documentation must be submitted 15 days prior to delivery

  • Products must be packed to professional industry standards

  • Bills of Lading must include a complete merchandise breakdown

Inspection & Acceptance

  • All goods are subject to inspection

  • Overages will be rejected unless approved in writing

  • Promotional or sample items must be clearly noted; no overages allowed without written approval

Consumable Products

  • Must include clearly labeled lot numbers and expiration dates

  • Labels must be placed on each container, not outer wrap

  • Must follow the buyer’s approved label template

  • Products must arrive at least 21 months prior to expiration

Compliance

  • State registrations are the responsibility of the supplier

  • All recalls, legal correspondence, and associated costs are the responsibility of the supplier

 

Digital & Service Partners

  • Refer to your Digital Distribution Service Agreement

  • Setup and initial fees are non-refundable

  • Price changes require 90 days’ written notice and written approval

  • Approved price changes take effect 30 days after approval

 

Inventory Standards & Rotation

  • Unpackaged consumables: max 6 months

  • Packaged consumables: max 8 months

  • Supplier must arrange sale or disposal after these periods

  • Disposal fees apply

 

Damaged or Unsafe Products

  • Includes mold, infestation, expired items

  • Supplier must respond within 24 hours

  • Removal or disposal is at supplier’s expense

False or misleading claims are prohibited. If identified:

  • Inventory must be removed within 7 business days

  • A $500 per day fee applies thereafter

 

Liability & Responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for:

  • Insurance coverage

  • Product testing and reports

  • Recalls

  • Inventory discrepancies

  • Regulatory compliance

 

Applicability

These Terms apply to all online and offline products and services.

American Pet Supplies, JMP Manufacturing and Imports, JoJo Modern Pets, and affiliates are owned and operated by JoJo Couture LLC, Washington, DC.
