For partners and food suppliers for distribution the following terms and conditions apply to both:
All incoming products will be applied for incoming and monthly storage fee (minimum fee of one pallet). All documents such as certifications and packing list must be provided fifteen days prior to the delivery of products to the Aurora warehouse. All items must be packed properly according to professional standards. Bill of Lading must show breakdown of all merchandise shipped. All goods are subject to inspection and must be received in good order. We reserve the right to reject overages if prior approval is not obtained. An item noted on the packing list as a "Promotional" or sample use item must be indicated, no overages will be allowed. Exceptions are made in writing. Consumable products must have lot numbers and expiration dates labeled clearly and legibly and placed directly on each container (e.g. bag, drum, gaylord, bucket, box, etc. and not on plastic wrap). Meeting the standard label template provided by the buyer. Product registration with each state is the responsibility of the supplier and any legal correspondence, recalls and cost are the responsibility of the supplier.

For digital partners refer to your digital distribution service document for all fees and services. All setup/initial fees are non refundable. It is the suppliers responsibility to send products in a timely manner. All price changes require 90 days’ written notice and our approval in writing in return. The price change will be honored 30 days after the date of our approval. Products being shipped must arrive no later than 21 months prior to the expiration date, if so the supplier will be required to discount or transfer the products to another facility. All products must be new and professional and ethical standards are the responsibility of the supplier. No false or misleading information can be claimed, if we are notified of such the supplier will be required to remove inventory from the Aurora warehouse within 7 business days. Any day thereafter will result in a five hundred dollar daily fee.

All consumable goods are required to rotate whereby if the product sku sits longer than six months of unpackaged product and eight months for packaged product, the supplier is required to find an option for sale or disposal, thus disposal fees will apply. All products visibly damaged or not healthy for distribution such as bugs, mold, expired- supplier will be responsible for a response within 24 hours and decision of removal or disposal of product will be at the expense of the supplier. Recalls, insurance coverage and liability, testing reports, unforseen inventory shortages are the responsibility of the supplier.
