Frequently Asked Questions
Are these front or rear rabbit feet?
This listing is specifically for rabbit rear feet, also called hind feet, with the fur left intact.
How many feet come in each bag and case?
Each resealable kraft bag contains 5 rear feet. Each case contains 12 bags, totaling 60 rear feet.
What is the difference between labeled and unlabeled bags?
Labeled bags include your custom front label printed and applied by JoJo Modern Pets. Unlabeled bags have no front label. Both options include the standard back label.
How do I submit my artwork?
Email your vector artwork (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, or .SVG) to support@jojomodernpets.com after ordering, with your order number in the subject line. Artwork is reviewed and approved before production.
Why is the fur left on?
The fur is part of the natural whole-prey-style format. Choose fur-on treats based on the dog's dietary needs and chewing habits.
Are these suitable for dogs with allergies?
Rabbit can offer an alternative to other proteins, but no protein is allergy-free for every dog. Consult a veterinarian before offering these to a dog with known allergies or including them in an elimination diet.
How should these treats be offered?
Offer occasionally under supervision. Choose a piece appropriate for the dog's size and chewing habits, and do not offer one that could be swallowed whole. Follow package storage directions and keep the pouch closed between servings.
As a natural product, size, shape, color, texture, and weight may vary. Always supervise pets while chewing and provide access to fresh water. Remove the chew when it becomes small enough to swallow.
